Shipping policy

We wanted to update you on a few small shipping changes effective today, 6/13:

1. We will no longer be shipping via USPS due to an increase in lost and damaged packages. We will ship all items via UPS, except saddles, which will ship through FedEx home delivery. All of our packages are insured for the full value. Thank you for your patience while we update our website to reflect this.

2. Orders will ship out on Fridays only. If you need an item by a specific date, please advise at the time of order so we can do our best to accommodate. We are a single owner LLC operating as a part time business, so we cannot ship daily like major online retailers.
